Job Description

Regional Sales Manager at CGTech responsible for direct revenue growth and managing internal partnerships. Leading sales processes and customer engagement in the assigned region.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive direct revenue growth within the assigned territory
  • Oversee performance and collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Develop new business and expand the customer base through technical engagement
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing
  • Create and maintain strategic account plans to promote customer satisfaction
  • Use CRM (Salesforce) for tracking and forecasting
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas
  • Closely coordinate marketing activities and customer engagement
  • Cultivate co-selling opportunities with ecosystem partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field required; MBA or equivalent business training preferred
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in technical B2B sales, ideally in manufacturing, industrial software, or engineering solutions
  • Proven success managing full sales cycles and achieving quota targets
  • 3–5 years’ experience managing relationships with distribution partners, resellers, or OEMs strongly preferred
  • Strong experience managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline tracking and forecasting
  • Ability to deliver tailored technical demos and presentations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
