Job Description
Renewals Manager at Docker driving customer renewal processes and upselling opportunities. Collaborating with sales teams to negotiate and close contracts while building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals.
- Build strong relationships with customers, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiate and close renewal contracts, working closely with our sales team.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulating the value that we provide to our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a sales or account management role preferably in a SaaS company, but not required.
- Experience working with Mid Market and Enterprise level accounts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluency in Japanese is required.
