Job Description
Epic Revenue Cycle Manager crucial for revenue cycle operations, collaborating with stakeholders and driving operational excellence at Fresenius Medical Care.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary liaison between revenue cycle leadership, analysts, and Acumen/Epic Partners
- Lead configuration and maintenance for Epic/Acumen revenue cycle applications
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver productivity and financial reports
- Develop and maintain positive client relations and coordinate requests
- Present and participate in meetings with internal and external representatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management
- 3+ years Client/ Customer Service facing experience
- Experience in Physician Practice/ Revenue Cycle preferred
- 3+ years supervisory or project/program management experience preferred
- Strong reporting and analysis skills (intermediate-advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables & V-Lookups)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
