Job Description

Revenue Operations Manager overseeing and rebuilding marketing and sales systems at TerraBoost. Focused on data integrity and operational alignment in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own HubSpot CRM structure, lifecycle stages, pipeline definitions, and automation
  • Audit and rebuild workflows, sequences, and attribution models
  • Ensure clean handoffs between marketing and sales
  • Standardize naming conventions and field integrity
  • Clean and normalize contact, company, and deal data
  • Build executive dashboards for pipeline, MQL → SQL conversion, and revenue velocity
  • Implement enrichment systems using tools such as Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, or similar
  • Establish QA processes to prevent future system decay
  • Define and document RevOps processes across GTM
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to remove friction
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and reporting reliability
  • Serve as the internal point of truth for revenue data

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Operations
  • Deep hands-on HubSpot expertise (CRM architecture, workflows, reporting)
  • Experience auditing and rebuilding broken systems
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or demand generation funnels
  • C2-level English
  • Based in Latin America with U.S. timezone overlap
