Job Description
Revenue Operations Support Specialist assisting Supplier team with operational tasks and data validation. Focus on manual data checks, process QA, and cross-functional team support.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming pricing sheets, proposals, and deal documents; ensure they are saved, tagged, and routed to the correct teams
- Validate deal details and update statuses within our internal systems daily
- Ensure all deals in the pipeline have complete and accurate information (contacts, pricing, product details, dates, next steps)
- Flag missing information or overdue updates to the appropriate sales owners
- Conduct daily audits of tasks and workflows to ensure activities are updated, assigned, and progressing as expected
- Review and maintain data hygiene across revenue tools (CRM, project management tools, shared files)
- Identify inconsistencies or errors in deal documentation and coordinate corrections
- Follow up with Sales, Catalog Management, and Customer Support for missing updates, documentation, or pipeline details
- Maintain a clear communication channel with the onshore RevOps team to ensure alignment on priorities and bottlenecks
- Support documentation of processes, SOPs, and recurring workflows
- Prepare weekly pipeline health check summaries and highlight at-risk deals or overdue actions
- Track and report on volume of pricing sheets, deal inputs, task updates, and other operational workloads
- Maintain organized logs of changes, updates, and recurring issues
- Work within Excel, CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot depending on your stack), shared drives, and other internal tools
- Assist with manual data entry, data checks, and administrative maintenance across systems
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or support role (e.g., sales support, admin assistant, RevOps support, marketing ops assistant, CRM support)
- Strong attention to detail; ability to follow processes meticulously
- Experience working with project management tools and excel
- Comfortable performing manual data checks and repetitive tasks with consistency
- Excellent written English communication for coordinating with internal teams
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks
- Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience with Very Basic SQL is a bonus
- Familiarity with GTM motions, sales processes, or revenue operations
- Experience supporting marketing ops or sales ops teams
- Comfort reviewing contracts, quotes, or pricing sheets
