Job Description

Robotic Startup Specialist Manager at Medtronic leading teams for deploying surgical robotics technologies. Engaging with hospital clients to enhance utilization of innovative robotic assisted surgery solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Start-up Specialists responsible for the utilization of Medtronic Hugo™ Robotic Assisted Surgery Systems
  • Travel frequently to meet with team members, clients, and other colleagues
  • Attend meetings with hospital clients to lead conversations about hospital robotics programs
  • Engage with surgeon teams and KOLs to develop Hospital Robotics Programs
  • Lead negotiations in complex meetings with hospital leaders
  • Structuring and developing presentations, actions plans, and proposals of best clinical practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree with 5 years of relevant experience in technical, clinical or hospital commercial work
  • Experience leading negotiations with a proven track record of success
  • Proven leadership experience with leading teams, or projects within a technical, clinical or hospital environment
  • Advanced Degree (MBA, MA Ed, MA, or PhD) is Nice to Have
  • Expert in the world of surgery, possessing active and deep know-how about open-, minimal invasive- and robotic assisted surgery
  • Ability to express your ideas in a straightforward and clear manner
  • Capable of engaging in thoughtful, intelligent, and factual debates, enjoying critical thinking and eager to learn
  • Speak English and one or more other languages relative to the geographical location of your job
