Sales Manager expanding Oviva’s digital obesity therapy across Germany. Building physician partnerships, driving referrals, and managing B2B sales through CRM-led activities.
Responsibilities:
- Sell Oviva’s digital obesity therapy to physicians and acquire new prescribers—primarily by managing warm leads, with occasional cold outreach.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing prescribers, medical practices, and clinics to sustainably increase referral volumes.
- Conduct digital meetings and video calls with physicians, as well as in-person visits when needed.
- Independently organize daily sales activities to achieve and exceed defined growth targets.
- Continuously document and manage all sales activities in the CRM system to ensure pipeline transparency and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Acquire general practitioners and specialists for Oviva’s digital obesity therapies and build long-term partnerships with medical practices and clinics.
Requirements:
- Several years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving targets and building trusting relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Previous experience in healthcare and a basic understanding of medical indications and conditions, ideally within the German physician market.
- High level of self-organization and an independent working style suited to a remote-first environment.
- Target-oriented approach, strong business acumen, and a clear understanding of revenue targets.
- Solid experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales tools (e.g., Gong).
- Fluency in German required.
- Good English skills for strategic updates and KPI tracking.
- B2B sales experience required.
- Relevant university degree in business administration, life sciences, healthcare management, or comparable practical sales experience in online sales or field sales.
- Background in healthcare or the natural sciences is an advantage.
- An existing network of general practitioners or internists and experience with digital health applications (DiGA) are a major plus.
Benefits:
- The opportunity to create a positive, life-changing impact through your work.
- A dynamic, high-growth environment with diverse development opportunities.
- Flexible working arrangements, including remote work.
- Personal learning budget and individualized development plans.
- Home office allowance to help you create your ideal working environment.
- Attractive compensation package and benefits (presented during the first interview).
