Job Description

Sales Analyst supporting customer preparation, deal execution, and GTM automation at Alpaca, a global brokerage infrastructure company. Improving sales processes, tools, and enablement.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Executives with customer research, meeting preparation, presentations, materials, and follow-up
  • Prepare account briefs and background materials for strategic customer and executive meetings
  • Prepare and coordinate customer proposals, pricing materials, business cases, presentations, and deal documentation
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and deliverables to move opportunities forward
  • Track customer follow-ups, action items, and internal commitments through completion
  • Maintain and organize sales collateral, product materials, FAQs, competitive information, and internal resources
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and other teams to keep sales materials accurate and current
  • Develop sales playbooks, best practices, templates, and enablement resources
  • Support new-hire onboarding, product education, and ongoing sales training
  • Assist with sales meetings, account reviews, leadership discussions, and team initiatives
  • Track priorities, strategic opportunities, and cross-functional initiatives with Sales leadership
  • Improve information, materials, and resource sharing across the sales team
  • Support Sales special projects and initiatives
  • Identify recurring work that can be standardized, automated, delegated, or eliminated
  • Build and maintain repeatable GTM workflows across CRM, AI tools, internal data sources, and document successful workflows for broader adoption

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, business operations, account management, consulting, financial services, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to turn complex or incomplete information into clear, polished materials
  • Comfortable working directly with Account Executives, Sales leadership, and senior executives
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling customer and commercial information
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs without significant direction
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving them through completion
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor agents, Claude, and ChatGPT
  • Familiarity with CRM and data enrichment tools such as HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo
  • Comfort working with pipeline data, SQL or BI tools, and sales metrics
  • Understanding of buying signals including funding events, hiring trends, regulatory changes, product launches, and competitive activity
  • Preferred: experience supporting enterprise or B2B sales organizations
  • Preferred: experience in fintech, financial services, brokerage, SaaS, or another technically complex industry
  • Preferred: experience creating customer presentations, proposals, account briefs, or sales enablement materials
  • Preferred: ability to learn technical products and translate them into clear, commercially relevant information
  • Preferred: experience supporting complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
