Job Description
Executivo Sênior de Vendas de Serviços da ABB para motores e geradores. Expandindo manutenção, upgrades e retrofits junto a usinas e clientes de energia no Brasil.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the service sales process for motors and generators in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager and/or Service Manager.
- Prospect, visit, and negotiate with thermal power plants, power generators, and other industry customers throughout Brazil.
- Expand ABB’s installed base of motors and generators by offering maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions.
- Understand end customers’ contracts, operations, and requirements—including thermal power plant dispatch cycles—to develop offers aligned with their actual needs.
- Generate business opportunities and secure profitable sales while building long-term customer relationships.
- Work with ABB’s other service business units to sell the complete portfolio and respond quickly to customer needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in the energy sector, preferably in commercial or sales roles involving maintenance services for thermal power plants.
- Willingness to work 100% in the field, with frequent travel throughout Brazil.
- Experience with electric motors and generators, including mechanical expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred, but not required).
- Experience in account management or contract management with customers in the energy sector.
- Knowledge of the rules and dynamics of the electricity sector, including interactions with system operators and thermal power plant dispatch cycles.
