Job Description
Recruitment Specialist managing talent acquisition and client relationships for global clients. Create job adverts, screen applicants, and oversee employment lifecycle processes.
Responsibilities:
- Scout and connect top talent by analyzing client vacancies for SMEs and large enterprises.
- Create irresistible job adverts and promote them across leading recruitment channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, ensuring only the best talent reaches your clients.
- Present winning candidates to clients and prospects.
- Fuel business growth by supporting commercial activities and proactively developing client opportunities.
- Manage temporary staffing contracts and agency workers efficiently.
- Track contracts, extensions, and timesheets with precision.
- Oversee the full employment lifecycle in collaboration with Payroll and HR teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a client-facing recruitment or staffing role
- Thrive on building strong client partnerships
- Track record of driving business growth through relationship management and proactive client engagement
- Confident using social recruiting tools and ATS platforms
- Familiarity with Intiway recruiting software is a bonus
- Excel at managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Commercial mindset, spotting new business opportunities
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Team player collaborating seamlessly with colleagues
- Good command of English
