Job Description

Sales Assistant supporting the sales team at Statusphere, an influencer-marketing platform. Responsible for scheduling, sales operations, and maintaining CRM while utilizing AI tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule sales meetings when multiple stakeholders are involved.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to organize client dinners separate from standard event dinners.
  • Coordinate reference requests and connect prospects with customer advocates.
  • Monitor VP Sales email inbox; flag important emails requiring immediate response.
  • Prepare pre-meeting notes: compile recent Gong calls, HubSpot notes, and LinkedIn updates into 1-pagers.
  • Track committed follow-ups and send a daily "what's due today" summary.
  • Utilize pricing calculator and create pricing quotes.
  • Proof pricing calculators built by the sales team.
  • Create tailored sales decks using our Master Deck template.
  • Maintain deal documentation hygiene—update HubSpot properties after calls.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a sales assistant, sales, or sales support role.
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred in Marketing, Business Management, Administrative Management, or a related field.
  • HubSpot CRM – deal management, contact/company records, pipeline tracking, reporting
  • Google Suite – Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail
  • Claude AI – comfortable using AI projects, recognizing errors, and iterating with AI to get accurate outputs
  • Gong – reviewing call recordings and transcripts, using Gong AI to track down answers
  • Looker Studio (bonus) – exploring data, building insights from platform analytics
  • LinkedIn- Sales Navigator - support with qualifying and researching leads
