Job Description
Senior Sales Consultant driving new business in technology sector (SaaS, FinTech, AI). Focus on opening doors and securing senior-level meetings with major tech players.
Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence: Map the technology landscape (SaaS, FinTech, AI, etc.) to identify organisations with aggressive or upcoming hiring needs
- Outbound Sales Activity: Engage CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and HR Directors through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and tailored email campaigns
- Meeting Generation: Consistently secure high-quality discovery calls and pitch meetings for senior partners
- Relationship Building: Establish early rapport with key stakeholders and position the consultancy as a trusted talent partner
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured CRM workflow to ensure strong follow-up and opportunity visibility
Requirements:
- Technology Sales Background: Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in recruitment or B2B sales within the technology sector
- Hunter Mentality: Comfortable with outbound activity and motivated by momentum, targets, and results
- Executive Presence: Able to communicate confidently with senior and C-suite stakeholders
- Autonomous & Strategic: Able to adapt messaging and approach based on prospect needs rather than relying on scripts
