Job Description
Consultor Comercial managing client relationships with a focus on Telecom industry. Engaging in customer communication and adapting solutions for optimal client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Customer relationship management
- Strong communication, active listening, and clarity to conduct sales conversations with clients throughout Brazil.
- Strategic and adaptable persuasion: ability to guide the client to the appropriate solution.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments and working toward challenging targets.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and approaches.
- Interest in learning (or proficiency in) prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing methods.
- Ability to think quickly and adapt solutions to the client’s real context.
- Good typing speed and agility with CRM systems and sales entry processes.
- Organized in routines and in managing/following up on one’s own client portfolio.
Requirements:
- High school diploma;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Strong communication and persuasion skills;
- Intermediate Excel;
- Good typing skills;
- Problem-solving ability;
- Experience in Telecom will be a plus.
