Job Description

Consultor Comercial managing client relationships with a focus on Telecom industry. Engaging in customer communication and adapting solutions for optimal client acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer relationship management
  • Strong communication, active listening, and clarity to conduct sales conversations with clients throughout Brazil.
  • Strategic and adaptable persuasion: ability to guide the client to the appropriate solution.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments and working toward challenging targets.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and approaches.
  • Interest in learning (or proficiency in) prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing methods.
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt solutions to the client’s real context.
  • Good typing speed and agility with CRM systems and sales entry processes.
  • Organized in routines and in managing/following up on one’s own client portfolio.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills;
  • Intermediate Excel;
  • Good typing skills;
  • Problem-solving ability;
  • Experience in Telecom will be a plus.
