Job Description
Sales Coordinator supporting commercial sales activities by preparing product quotes and providing administrative support. Collaborating with sales teams and ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Support commercial sales activities by preparing product quotes and coordinating pricing information
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations
- Maintain pricing, product, and customer information to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines
- Process and track sales-related documentation, including quotes, orders, and supporting materials
- Serve as a point of contact for internal sales teams regarding quote status and pricing details
- Collaborate across functions to resolve pricing, order, or documentation issues
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales administration tasks in accordance with procedures
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, quoting, or related business operations
- Experience performing skilled or technical assignments requiring independent problem-solving within established guidelines and processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accuracy under deadlines
- Proficiency with sales tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and standard office software
- Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
