Job Description

Sales Development Representative generating outbound leads to support an internal sales team in aerospace staffing industry. Role involves CRM management and qualifying prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily outbound SDR activities, including:
  • Cold calling
  • Email outreach
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify prospects and pass warm leads directly to the assigned in-house salesperson
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, lead tracking, and follow-up sequences

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry
  • Ability to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in outbound outreach.
  • Proven Experience with Manitol CRM
  • Dialer system (client-provided or Wing-provided)
  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
