Job Description

Sales Development Representative responsible for managing appointment-setting for health coaching. Engaging and qualifying leads during US business hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the front-end sales pipeline, managing cold and warm leads from the CRM.
  • Execute 50–100+ daily outbound touchpoints (calls, texts, emails, DMs) to book qualified appointments.
  • Qualify leads using a proven framework to assess goals, budget, authority, and fit for high-ticket coaching.
  • Book appointments directly into coach calendars, setting clear expectations to ensure high show-up rates.
  • Re-engage old leads, no-shows, and past prospects with tailored outreach.
  • Meticulously manage and update all lead activities and statuses in the CRM.
  • Use AI tools (call recording, LLMs like ChatGPT) to review calls, draft messages, and improve performance.
  • Participate in regular coaching, roleplays, and feedback sessions to continuously improve scripts and handling of objections.

Requirements:

  • 1–3+ years of sales, SDR/BDR, or appointment-setting experience, ideally in high-ticket/consultative sales.
  • Experience in health, wellness, fitness, coaching, or a related field; comfortable discussing topics like energy, stress, and performance.
  • Proven ability to communicate confidently and concisely with high-income professionals, executives, and founders.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency with clear, professional communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Microsoft Office/Google Suite, and AI call tools (e.g., Gong, Fathom).
  • Disciplined, coachable, and growth-oriented work ethic with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Flexible to work evenings or adjust for different time zones as needed.
