Job Description

Sales Development Representative managing lead generation and nurturing the sales funnel. Engaging prospects and organizing sales meetings with effective performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the intake of leads into the sales funnel (originating from the Growth team);
  • Conduct profile analysis (ICP) to qualify and identify ideal leads;
  • Reach out to leads, build relationships, and drive the lead nurturing process;
  • Present the company's solutions and brands to entrepreneurs, generating interest and engagement;
  • Organize and track the sales meeting schedule using sales management and CRM tools;
  • Collect, monitor, and interpret sales process performance metrics;
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement and the development of commercial strategies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills;
  • Analytical mindset to work with data and commercial performance metrics;
  • Interest in process automation and the use of AI tools to optimize the sales funnel;
  • Proactive, creative, and results-oriented;
  • Strong planning, organization, and priority-management skills;
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivery quality;
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and confidence to handle commercial challenges.
