Job Description

Sales Development Representative crafting outbound strategies for engagement at Zinovo. Focused on human engagement and qualifying prospects in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Run outbound cadences against specific ICPs & Industry Verticals
  • Understand and tailor approaches to win over Top-Down/Bottom up conversation openers
  • Triage exploratory markets
  • Surface real pain within our TAM
  • Engage prospects like a human
  • Use voice, LinkedIn, email, and events to earn conversations
  • Hand qualified signal to leadership for closing
  • Execute outbound across phone, LinkedIn, email, and digital networking to target accounts
  • Engage prospects with curiosity-led conversations, not canned pitches
  • Qualify prospects by surfacing:
  • 1. Active pain
  • 2. Ownership
  • 3. Timing
  • 4. Willingness to engage
  • Log clean activity and insights in Salesforce (signal > activity)
  • Coordinate meetings once real interest is established
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and tactics
  • Participate actively in coaching, call reviews, and experimentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to do phone-based outbound daily
  • Comfort working in ambiguity without rigid scripts
  • High personal standards for follow-through and execution
  • Ability to learn technical and business concepts quickly
  • 1–3 years in sales, recruiting, fundraising, or customer-facing roles (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
  • Exposure to professional services, consulting, or SaaS (Nice to Have)
  • Evidence you’ve competed at something (sports, debate, performance roles, etc.) (Nice to Have)
