Job Description
Sales Development Representative for heycare, focused on lead generation and customer engagement in health and care services. Engaging with leads, developing strategies, and improving sales processes across teams.
Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact with our leads and, through innovative outreach, ensure our energy solutions are successfully brought to market
- You maintain a close relationship with your leads, anticipate objections and questions before they arise, and develop targeted strategies for lead generation
- You maintain and structure your own sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM, Cognism, and Calltime
- You are part of a committed collaboration between the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Your input and market knowledge are essential for continuously improving the teams and actively shaping the further development of our sales strategy
- You drive our mission to bring greater work–life balance and (mental) health into companies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a relevant environment (e.g., startup)
- Experience selling B2B products is a plus
- You enjoy quickly building new contacts and establishing sustainable relationships
- You can interact with a variety of stakeholders and ideally have knowledge of the Human Resources (HR) sector
- A strong business development mindset, combined with passion and curiosity, defines you, as does your openness to a self-organized and agile way of working
- Your creativity and strategic thinking enable individualized communication with leads, helping you find appropriate solutions to build trust and engagement
- Team player who enjoys communicating and sees giving and receiving feedback as a valuable part of daily work
- High level of commitment and ability to work independently to achieve our goals
- Excellent German and English skills (minimum C1 level)
