Job Description
Head of Sales responsible for driving business growth at Marrina Decisions. Leading sales efforts, managing a high-performing team, and developing strategies for client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales function with a focus on acquiring and closing new business deals
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies
- Collaborate with partners for mutual success
- Maintain reporting and forecasting of sales metrics
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts
Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales experience in consulting services or similar industry
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performance sales teams
- Deep understanding of solution selling and strategic alliances
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
