Job Description

Head of Sales responsible for driving business growth at Marrina Decisions. Leading sales efforts, managing a high-performing team, and developing strategies for client acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales function with a focus on acquiring and closing new business deals

  • Maintain reporting and forecasting of sales metrics

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sales experience in consulting services or similar industry
  • 3+ years in a sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performance sales teams
  • Deep understanding of solution selling and strategic alliances
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
