  • This role directs sales operations, develops operational plans, and implements processes to achieve sales targets and financial goals.
  • The Sales Director establishes processes, tools, and structures to support sales efforts and improve performance.
  • They oversee goal-setting for the sales organization, using data and technology to measure and enhance sales processes.
  • The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to leverage market insights, expand the customer base, and suggest new products.
  • Additionally, the Sales Director builds high-performing teams through recruitment, mentoring, and development programs and may participate in strategic sales negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of B2B sales management experience required.
  • Five or more years of B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in a technology selling environment specific to the industry is preferred.
