Job Description

Sales Engineer providing technical demonstrations and solutions for Tekla PowerFab in LATAM. Leading digital transformation efforts in the steel industry with a focus on client success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-impact technical demonstrations of Tekla PowerFab
  • Partner strategically with the Sales team to qualify opportunities
  • Orchestrate the customer journey from pre-sales vision to post-sales reality
  • Champion regional enablement by collaborating with global Product and Engineering teams
  • Cultivate an entrepreneurial environment as a technical subject matter expert

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of expertise in steel fabrication environments
  • Hands-on proficiency with Tekla PowerFab or similar MIS/fabrication management solutions
  • Deep workflow knowledge spanning estimating, production, purchasing, inventory, and project management
  • Bilingual communication skills with fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English
