Job Description
Sales Engineer providing technical demonstrations and solutions for Tekla PowerFab in LATAM. Leading digital transformation efforts in the steel industry with a focus on client success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead high-impact technical demonstrations of Tekla PowerFab
- Partner strategically with the Sales team to qualify opportunities
- Orchestrate the customer journey from pre-sales vision to post-sales reality
- Champion regional enablement by collaborating with global Product and Engineering teams
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial environment as a technical subject matter expert
Requirements:
- 3+ years of expertise in steel fabrication environments
- Hands-on proficiency with Tekla PowerFab or similar MIS/fabrication management solutions
- Deep workflow knowledge spanning estimating, production, purchasing, inventory, and project management
- Bilingual communication skills with fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English
