Job Description
Sales Executive responsible for growing DEXIS equipment sales through self-generated leads and customer engagements. Collaborating with Sales Managers and providing excellent customer service support.
Responsibilities:
- Grow sales of the DEXIS small equipment product lines by finding self-generated leads
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns
- Work with current and perspective customers to place additional product
- Build strong partnerships with assigned outside Sales Managers and dealer partners
- Proactively make outbound calls to uncover and close sales opportunities to existing clients
- Aggressively follow up on marketing generated leads
- Maintain necessary database entries, spreadsheets, charts, files of communications and orders
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers
- Generate and qualify leads through referrals
- Be willing to travel up to 5% of the time
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3 + years over the phone/Inside Sales experience
- 3 + years experience of self-generating leads
- Experience selling capital equipment over the phone (preferred)
- Experience with following up on leads (preferred)
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems preferred
- Excellent Oral and Written Communications Skills
- Excellent Collaborative Behavior Skills
- Well spoken, organized, self-motivated, and ambitious
- Consistently ranks in the top tier at previous sales jobs
- Able to navigate multiple computer tabs/screens

- Polished, energetic, a hunter in business development, and exude professionalism
- Strong communication and tenacity-no fear of the phone and a solid performance history of meeting sales goals over the phone.
