Job Description

Sales Executive managing revenue growth in the Italian market for logistics/SaaS solutions. Acquiring new customers and maximizing account value while navigating complex negotiations.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving new revenue growth (50% of the time) across your portfolio, acting as a strategic partner for prospective customers in the Italian market.
  • Acquiring new logos (50% of the time) from a named list of prospective companies within the Italian market.
  • Maximizing existing account value by identifying white space for cross-selling and upselling Transporeon’s logistics solutions.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead to close, ensuring high deal velocity and accuracy in CRM forecasting.
  • Leading complex negotiations focused on price-to-value to achieve annual recurring revenue (ARR) and net revenue retention targets.
  • Proactively managing renewals to mitigate churn and protect contract value across your assigned customer portfolio.

Requirements:

  • A proven sales track record and at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales for complex solutions in logistics or SaaS.
  • Experience in Hybrid Sales managing both new business acquisition (Hunter) and key account development (Farmer).
  • Proficient English and Italian language skills, mandatory.
  • Any other language would be a plus.
  • International organizational experience, preferably in a large-scale or private equity-owned global company.
  • A resilient and focused mindset, with the ability to manage complex deals and a commitment to deliberate practice and personal development.
