Job Description
Sales Executive at Nysonian driving revenue growth and business development through innovative strategies using AI-driven insights. Responsible for high-value projects and P&L accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and activate new revenue streams, lead strategic high-value projects, and own P&L accountability for assigned initiatives
- Deploy AI-driven prospecting and predictive analytics to prioritize high-intent leads, automate repetitive tasks, and maximize time on high-value activities
- Drive the full hunt-to-close lifecycle with disciplined pipeline hygiene, consultative selling, and consistent 3x–4x coverage to ensure predictable revenue
- Create high-conversion scripts, battlecards, and A/B-tested outreach across multiple channels; align closely with marketing to fuel inbound opportunities
- Deliver real-time visibility into revenue, identify conversion bottlenecks, and implement rapid-response tactics to maintain forecast accuracy
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of high-performance sales experience (SaaS, FinTech, or AI-services preferred)
- Proven experience using AI tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Jasper, Gong, or ChatGPT) to augment sales workflows
- Demonstrable history of hitting and exceeding personal quotas of $1M+ ARR
- Deep proficiency in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and the ability to build automated sequences
