Job Description
Join Chomps as a Learner, Sales supporting Target account team in analytics and retail operations. Gain hands-on experience while developing skills in a growing meat snack brand.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and synthesize sales and category data to support business insights.
- Build and update Excel reports, PowerPoint presentations, and internal documents.
- Assist with item setup, promotional calendars, and weekly business tasks.
- Support meeting prep, recap notes, and follow up action items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on small projects and adhoc requests.
Requirements:
- Current student or recent graduate with degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or something similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and summarize data.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Target Corporate - either from an internship, project, or part-time role is a bonus!
- Familiarity with retail math or basic sales analytics preferred.
- Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, or syndicated data is a plus.
