Job Description

Sales Manager für apoplex medical technologies’ SRA-Pro-Lösung zur Schlaganfallprävention. Gewinnung und Betreuung von Klinikkunden in Nord- und Ostdeutschland.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage sales of the SRA Pro solution to hospitals in Northern and Eastern Germany
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new hospital partners
  • Manage and expand existing customer relationships
  • Present and demonstrate SRA Pro to decision-makers in neurology, cardiology, stroke units, IT, and procurement
  • Further develop sales processes and the go-to-market strategy
  • Attend specialist congresses, trade fairs, and industry events as a representative of apoplex medical technologies
  • Lead sales activities in Northern and Eastern Germany and work regularly in these regions

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in medical technology or healthcare
  • Experience in new business acquisition, pipeline development, and independently closing deals
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Understanding of the hospital market, including decision-making structures and procurement processes
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout Northern and Eastern Germany
  • Fluent German and English, with strong negotiation skills in both languages
  • Experience in the healthtech industry and regulated markets is a plus
  • An established network within the hospital sector in Northern or Eastern Germany is a plus
  • Effective use of AI tools, for example for research, summarization, or outreach optimization, is a plus
