Job Description

Sales Operations Lead driving revenue operations for Coder's EMEA teams. Supporting sales, partners, customer success, and sales engineering operations for improved clarity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead revenue operations for EMEA
  • Support the EMEA revenue organization across sales, partners, customer success, and sales engineering
  • Run core sales operations processes that improve consistency, visibility, and execution across the region
  • Partner on deal desk workflows
  • Own and optimize workflows in Salesforce
  • Identify operational gaps and solve problems
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve handoffs
  • Communicate clearly in a remote environment
  • Surface insights and recommendations for leaders
  • Support regional priorities and scale the EMEA revenue engine

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related go-to-market operations role
  • Strong experience with Salesforce
  • Strong problem-solving skills and practical approach to process improvement
  • Experience supporting sales operations, deal desk, enablement, or a mix of all three
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in a remote-first environment
  • A self-starter who can work independently.
  • Comfort working across functions and building trust with teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
