Job Description
Sales Operations Coordinator ensuring structure and clarity in a fast-paced environment at Bomb Party. Supporting Sales leadership with coordination and follow-through of key initiatives and priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Track and manage key initiatives across the Sales organization
- Maintain visibility into priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate across teams to ensure work progresses efficiently and stays aligned
- Prepare agendas, materials, and pre-reads for recurring meetings
- Capture clear notes, action items, and decisions
- Drive follow-up on next steps to keep momentum strong
- Represent leadership in select meetings as needed
- Track action items across leaders and teams
- Proactively follow up on outstanding work and flag risks
- Reinforce deadlines and ensure consistent execution
- Support leadership updates, reporting, and status tracking
- Maintain dashboards and tracking tools for visibility
- Assist with rollout coordination, communications, and process documentation
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in operations, coordination, or project support
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with strong communication skills
- Experience with tools like Asana, Canva, and Microsoft Office preferred
