Job Description

Sales Operations Lead optimizing revenue and efficiency at Wildix, a global UCaaS provider. Collaborating with multiple departments to enhance commercial performance and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and data teams
  • Identify revenue opportunities and operational bottlenecks
  • Design and implement workflows and operating processes
  • Own forecasting, pipeline analysis, and SaaS metrics
  • Conduct strategic analyses to support pricing and segmentation
  • Maintain high-quality commercial data
  • Support partner programs and optimize processes

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Proficient in commercial KPIs and SaaS metrics
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication in English
