Job Description
Sales Operations Lead optimizing revenue and efficiency at Wildix, a global UCaaS provider. Collaborating with multiple departments to enhance commercial performance and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and data teams
- Identify revenue opportunities and operational bottlenecks
- Design and implement workflows and operating processes
- Own forecasting, pipeline analysis, and SaaS metrics
- Conduct strategic analyses to support pricing and segmentation
- Maintain high-quality commercial data
- Support partner programs and optimize processes
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Proficient in commercial KPIs and SaaS metrics
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication in English
