Job Description
Sales Operations Specialist managing LATRO’s HubSpot CRM and collaborating with marketing to execute sales campaigns. Identifying leads, supporting sales efforts, and analyzing key metrics to enhance business development.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Hubspot CRM info and keep other sales related tools and reports updated
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and help plan and execute marketing campaigns to support Sales and business development efforts
- Identify and contact new leads and prospects unsolicited with the goal of passing qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Support the Sales Directors in online sales calls and needed and assist in the follow activities post meetings
- Provide general support to Sales team members to achieve the Sales/BD goals
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, presales, finance, and bid management to support account management activities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of Sales/BD strategies
- Prepare reports from HubSpot and Excel for senior management on Sales/BD activities and outcomes and present these in team meetings
- Work with Bid management to identify and target new prospect organizations for vendor registration
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of prior full-time employment, with working history in a sales operation and or a business development role, preferably within a technology vendor (Telecom or Fintech industry a plus)
- Bachelor degree in a commercial or technical area
- Advanced user of Hubspot
- Fluency in spoken and written professional English; French is a must, while Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent professional communication and analytical skills
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, discipline and self-motivation
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks with excellence
