Job Description
Sales Representative selling Whizz electric bikes and arranging deliveries. Supporting Hindi- and Punjabi-speaking customers through calls, appointments, and consultative sales.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle a large number of calls, ensuring a high level of service
- Proactively provide in-depth details about the company's electric bikes
- Arrange appointments and manage deliveries
- Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in the company's services
- Use proven selling techniques to turn potential customers into loyal clients
Requirements:
- Native/Fluent Hindi and Punjabi speaker
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2 level)
- 1+ years of experience in a sales role
- High-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset
- Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (shifts of 9 am - 6 pm or 2 pm - 11 pm New York Time)
- Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills
