Job Description
Sales Representative responsible for driving sales in the Houston market for JuneShine Brands. Building relationships and representing a range of alcoholic and THC beverages in diverse accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Sell our entire JuneShine Brands product portfolio (JuneShine, Flying Embers, Willies Remedy+ and more!)
- Own and grow your assigned territory, covering Houston and the surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with on- and off-premise accounts while driving distribution and sales goals
- Execute tasting, promotions, events and ride alongs to grow brand awareness and support distributor initiatives
- Manage your territory with sharp time and account prioritization, including weekly visits and follow ups
- Track and report sales metrics, wins and opportunities to leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, teammates, and distributor partners to identify and maximize growth opportunities
- Train accounts on product positioning and competitive advantages to drive sell-through
- Support ABP execution and national account strategies
Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older at the time of application
- Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of alcohol beverage sales experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
- Must be based in the Houston area with reliable transportation and must have the ability to travel weekly throughout the territory
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
