Job Description

Title Sales Representative responsible for driving revenue growth through relationship-based sales in title insurance. Focused on building partnerships and expanding market penetration in assigned territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Originate new title insurance business and grow overall title revenue
  • Maintain and expand an existing book of business
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage referral relationships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, investors, developers, and other industry professionals
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings, office visits, and relationship check-ins with clients and referral partners
  • Promote our full suite of services, including title, appraisal, and 1031 exchange services, to increase client wallet share
  • Represent us professionally at all external functions
  • Attend and actively participate in industry networking events, trade shows, association meetings, and client-sponsored events
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients
  • Ensure service expectations are met or exceeded across all transactions
  • Strengthen long-term partnerships through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with our internal title, escrow, appraisal, and exchange teams to ensure smooth and timely closings
  • Monitor deal pipeline and track business development activity within assigned territory
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, referrals, and revenue activity
  • Ensure compliance with our policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices

Requirements:

  • Established book of business in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania
  • Proven ability to generate new business through relationship-based selling
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
