Job Description

Sales Representative for Viatris executing business plans in assigned territory. Focusing on sales presentations and building relationships with healthcare professionals in Arizona.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business plan for assigned territory
  • Conduct quality sales presentations
  • Achieve quarterly sales goals
  • Understand targeting principles
  • Develop pre-call planning strategy
  • Develop positive relationships with customers and peers
  • Ensure high levels of call and field productivity
  • Gather and utilize information from offices
  • Leverage sample program and literature for awareness
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
  • Actively pursue continuous learning

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Ability to travel throughout territory
