Job Description
Sales Representative for Viatris executing business plans in assigned territory. Focusing on sales presentations and building relationships with healthcare professionals in Arizona.
Responsibilities:
- Develop business plan for assigned territory
- Conduct quality sales presentations
- Achieve quarterly sales goals
- Understand targeting principles
- Develop pre-call planning strategy
- Develop positive relationships with customers and peers
- Ensure high levels of call and field productivity
- Gather and utilize information from offices
- Leverage sample program and literature for awareness
- Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
- Actively pursue continuous learning
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- 0-3 years of B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to travel throughout territory
