Job Description

Sales Representative responsible for client acquisition and retention for Magnum Tires. Involves field visits, market analysis, and achieving performance targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for prospecting (in-person visits and phone calls), providing service and maintaining the client portfolio for the region
  • Managing active and inactive accounts, working to achieve monthly reactivation and meet targets and KPIs
  • Gathering and reporting market information for the covered area, monitoring competitor activity and regional opportunities
  • Participating in routine (weekly) meetings
  • Entering client data and collecting registration documents, placing orders and monitoring deliveries

Requirements:

  • Experience in field sales (active prospecting)
  • Experience in the automotive sector (preferred)
  • Negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • High school diploma required; university degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
