Job Description
Field Sales Representative managing agricultural product recommendations for FMC in Southeast Kansas and Southwest Missouri. Identifying new prospects and mentoring sales representatives to drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Provide sound FMC product recommendations to customers
- Effectively grow FMC’s footprint in the Southeast Kansas / Southwest Missouri
- Manage customer accounts and identify/develop new prospects
- Focus on sales targets, business development, and customer relationships
- Prepare sales presentations, call plans, proposals, and reports
- Mentor and lead sales representatives in neighboring territories
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agriculture or related Life Science
- 10+ years of relevant sales experience, or High School Diploma and 13+ years of relevant sales experience
- Certified Crop Advisor or MBA a plus
- Experience making data-driven decisions leveraging CRM systems
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Proven track record in making an instant impact on sales in a given territory
