Job Description

Sales Representative responsible for expanding market presence in orthopedic medical solutions. Engaging with healthcare professionals and acquiring new clients while participating in relevant events.

Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen the market position by increasing market presence
  • Sell and recommend products to private practice physicians, hospitals, medical supply retailers, physiotherapists, rehabilitation centers, and home care providers
  • Develop and expand networks with existing and new customers
  • Acquire new customers
  • Identify customers' short-, medium- and long-term needs and develop customer-specific sales strategies
  • Actively participate in trade shows and congresses
  • Conduct training and continuing education events for all customer groups

Requirements:

  • Communication skills
  • Sales expertise for medical devices that require thorough explanation
  • Sound judgment and good commercial sense
  • Organizational skills
  • High degree of personal responsibility
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to establish relationships quickly and effectively
  • Resilience and an independent, self-directed working style
  • Valid driver's license required
