Job Description
Sachbearbeiter für Sales, Kundenservice und eCommerce bei BayWa, einem globalen Agrar-, Energie- und Baukonzern. Betreuung von Onlineshop-Kunden, Verkauf von Agrar- und Technikartikeln sowie Verwaltung des eBay-Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Competent point of contact for online shop customers in 2nd-level support via phone, email and ticketing system
- Advising customers and selling agricultural and technical products through the online shop
- Handling customer inquiries, including complaints, delivery queries and returns
- Assisting with technical questions related to the online shop
- Coordinating product assortments with product management
- Acting as liaison with the photo studio, purchasing, logistics and shop management
- Responsible for and managing the eBay account
Requirements:
- Experience in the retail, wholesale or foreign trade sector is desirable
- Product knowledge in the agricultural or technical sector is an advantage
- Practical experience in eBusiness/eCommerce is desirable
- Strong customer and service orientation and negotiation skills
- Team player with flexibility, resilience and strong organizational skills
- Confident user of MS Office and Jira
- Ideally, initial experience with SAP
