Job Description

Senior Salesforce Field Service Developer at V.tal. Responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions for operational excellence and performance governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on the development, evolution, and maintenance of solutions based on Salesforce Field Service (FSL), with a focus on performance and governance.
  • Customize and configure objects, flows, and business rules for managing service orders, scheduling, and dispatch, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
  • Build complex automations using Flows, Apex, and Triggers to improve process efficiency and data quality.
  • Support integrations between FSL and legacy/corporate systems via REST APIs, Platform Events, or middleware, ensuring smooth communication across platforms.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, operations, and the business to translate operational needs into viable technical solutions, contributing to deliveries aligned with strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, working as a developer (Senior level).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) or strong experience in Service Cloud with an interest in specializing in FSL.
  • Experience with Apex, Flows, Triggers, and SOQL.
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce data model, permissions, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with version control (Git) and the Salesforce development lifecycle (sandboxes, deployments, change sets, or CI/CD).
  • Ability to work on both enhancement projects and production support.
  • Good communication skills to engage with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills in environments with multiple demands.
  • Proactive in proposing technical and operational improvements.
  • Interest in technical growth within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Field Service Lightning Consultant).
