Job Description
Integrated marketing intern supporting campaigns, ABM, analytics, and marketing operations. Southwire produces wire, cable, electrical products, and digital infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for utility, data centers, renewable energy, and telecom markets
- Assist in planning and execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
- Extract, compile, and analyze campaign performance data
- Develop insights, dashboards, and reports supporting marketing effectiveness and decision-making
- Research customer needs, industry trends, competitive activity, and target accounts
- Support creation and coordination of marketing content, sales enablement materials, presentations, digital assets, and campaign resources
- Assist with webinars, trade shows, customer events, site visits, and segment marketing initiatives
- Support marketing operations including campaign tracking, lead management, reporting, and process improvements
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and digital teams to ensure campaign alignment and data accuracy
- Perform additional marketing operations or campaign support tasks as needed
- Complete an assigned project, provide progress updates, and present final delivery at a senior leadership project expo
Requirements:
- Minimum 2.5 GPA
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organization, planning, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools
