Job Description

Integrated marketing intern supporting campaigns, ABM, analytics, and marketing operations. Southwire produces wire, cable, electrical products, and digital infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for utility, data centers, renewable energy, and telecom markets
  • Assist in planning and execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
  • Extract, compile, and analyze campaign performance data
  • Develop insights, dashboards, and reports supporting marketing effectiveness and decision-making
  • Research customer needs, industry trends, competitive activity, and target accounts
  • Support creation and coordination of marketing content, sales enablement materials, presentations, digital assets, and campaign resources
  • Assist with webinars, trade shows, customer events, site visits, and segment marketing initiatives
  • Support marketing operations including campaign tracking, lead management, reporting, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and digital teams to ensure campaign alignment and data accuracy
  • Perform additional marketing operations or campaign support tasks as needed
  • Complete an assigned project, provide progress updates, and present final delivery at a senior leadership project expo

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organization, planning, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools
