Job Description

Senior Account Director at Leadbox responsible for managing relationships with dealership partners. Overseeing digital advertising strategies and ensuring measurable value to dealership investments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep, trusted relationships with dealership owners, GMs, and senior leadership
  • Act as a strategic advisor to your dealer partners, helping them connect marketing performance to real business outcomes
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, including in-person quarterly dealership visits
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional products, services, and strategic initiatives
  • Own the strategic oversight of dealer digital advertising programs, including Search (Google Ads, OEM programs), Programmatic and display advertising, Paid social (Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms)
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with dealer objectives, inventory levels, and market conditions
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal advertising specialists to optimize results and maintain accountability
  • Oversee dealership website performance, UX, and merchandising strategy
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of Inventory feeds and merchandising rules, Promotions, OEM incentives, and compliance requirements
  • Proactively identify website optimization opportunities that improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Partner closely with Sales, Creative, Technical, and Onboarding teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising and account management
  • Direct experience working with automotive dealers and dealer groups
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and performance measurement
  • Proven ability to lead strategic conversations with senior dealership stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (marketing, business, or sales an asset)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is an asset)
  • Highly proficient with modern business software and CRM tools
  • Experience working from a home office environment
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally for quarterly dealership visits
