Job Description

Senior Account Executive responsible for outbound sales and engaging music retailers for FONS. Collaborating with teams to drive business growth in music education technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Join the Team Powering Independent Music Teachers and Studios
  • Play a crucial role in accelerating revenue and business growth.
  • Responsible for outbound sales development, identifying and engaging music retailers and multi-teacher studios to drive adoption of the Fons platform.
  • Proactively nurture high-value professional relationships and consult with business owners to help them transition to FONS.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Teams.
  • Report to the General Manager of MakeMusic.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in a SAAS sales capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Proficient problem solving and critical thinking skills with a bias toward making data-driven decisions
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills and results drive
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal mediums
  • Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks appropriately and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Growth-mindset: track record of learning from mistakes, finding opportunity among challenges, and dedication to continuous improvement
