Job Description
Account Executive handling the full sales cycle for warm inbound leads at Event Temple. Engaging with prospects and closing deals in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and prioritizing a queue of inbound leads with speed and discipline.
- Running structured discovery calls to qualify fit, uncover pain, and map decision processes.
- Delivering product demos tailored to the prospect’s specific workflows and needs.
- Following up consistently and moving deals through the pipeline without letting things go cold.
- Negotiating pricing and closing deals within defined parameters.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot after every interaction.
- Collaborating with Customer Success on smooth handoffs for new accounts.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or a service-led industry.
- Demonstrated ability to run discovery conversations and deliver product demos.
- Comfortable managing multiple active deals simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
- Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and over video.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, or adjacent verticals is an asset.
