Job Description
Senior Account Executive responsible for building sales pipeline and managing sales cycle for ERP software solutions. Working remotely in Japan and engaging with prospects to drive strategic vision.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building sales pipeline in defined territory
- Meet/Exceed quarterly quota targets
- Manage sales cycle from identifying prospects, working with numerous internal teams to coordinate appropriate resources, all the way through closing the deal
- Manage and follow up on qualified leads
- Provide and guide prospects strategic vision to drive them toward the RSI solution
- Execute on RSI sales methodology
- Update and track all activities in our SalesForce CRM automation tool
- Travel expectations – 25% to 35%
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience selling ERP software solutions for Oracle
- Proven success at smaller start-up companies
- Command knowledge of the enterprise software industry
- Record of sustained and significant quota over-achievement
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Engage with a consultative sales approach
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities
- Very strong work ethic with “can do, roll up sleeves to figure it out” attitude
- Ability to leverage supporting team of Sales Engineers, Lead Generation, and Marketing
