Job Description

Sales Executive at SalesCaptain closing new accounts and collaborating with C-level executives. Promote benefits of Outbound and AI Sales Automations in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with Heads of Sales, Marketing, and B2B SaaS founders to learn about their needs and educate them on the power of Outbound and AI Sales Automations
  • Provide technical and educational demos of our services and highlight the benefits of Outbound Sales, Clay, AI Outbound, and help demonstrate the cost benefit of an outsourced Outbound team
  • Take calls in a challenger seller approach to educate prospects and change their perspectives
  • Manage demo calls and proposals from start to finish, tracking all sales activities and opportunities, and managing reports inside our CRM
  • Actively participate in the AI Outbound and Sales communities and identify sales opportunities for SalesCaptain
  • Craft custom offers for specific market segments, taking into consideration their unique circumstances (e.g. conference attendees, webinar registrations, company followers, etc.)
  • Maintain and update the sales materials and SalesCaptain sales hub
  • Build and optimize a repeatable sales process to move customers through the sales funnel from SQL to closed sale

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in B2B SaaS, Agency or B2B Service business
  • Demonstrated track record as a top performer in a sales role
  • Passion for Outbound, technology and the AI space
  • Ability to close sales from prospecting through implementation
  • Creating a positive buyer experience by fluently discussing our market, buyer profiles, company, product, and competitive landscape
  • Driven to grow the company with a high sense of integrity and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience with Clay, Hubspot, or Close.com is considered a plus
