Job Description
Senior Account Manager at Customer.io responsible for client relationships and revenue growth. Leveraging B2B SaaS expertise to provide innovative solutions and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for high-potential accounts.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques for revenue growth.
- Work with Leadership on comprehensive account strategies.
- Implement monitoring and analysis of account health.
- Provide high-level support to clients.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and market developments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or related roles within the SaaS industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, assess trends, and develop sophisticated strategies.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and CRM tools.
- Previous experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Bonus: Proficiency in French, German, a Nordic language, Dutch, or Spanish.
