Job Description
Senior Account Manager growing Yell’s digital marketing sales for local businesses. Managing high-value accounts and acquiring new customers across Kent and the South East.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients with annualised spend ranging from £5,000 to £12,000
- Manage overall account values of approximately £1 million annually
- Retain, nurture, and grow the customer base each quarter
- Self-source and acquire new prospects
- Deliver growth sales across Yell’s digital solutions, including agency products
- Identify and acquire new digital opportunities by developing advertising programs that meet client needs and agency minimum-spend thresholds
- Deliver high-value new-business growth targets
- Sell Yell’s digital product portfolio and propose commercial models that maximise revenue and meet customer requirements
- Build long-lasting relationships with account holders
- Nurture relationships with stakeholders including DADs, KADs, customer service, and the Yell agency
Requirements:
- Based on the South East/Kent patch
- Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
- Access to a car
- Demonstrable experience selling high-value digital solutions
- Highly successful track record of digital sales performance
- High understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology
- Resilient and disciplined with tenacity
- Effective personal development plan and ability to adapt to the digital market and monitor competitors
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex digital information clearly and concisely
- Emotionally intelligent, respectful, professional, and collaborative approach
- Task-oriented and willing to go the extra mile for clients
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities, targets, and strategies
