Job Description

Senior Analyst in Revenue Operations optimizing commercial strategy for CAQH, collaborating across teams to enhance performance and drive operational excellence in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Customer Success leadership to operationalize go-to-market strategy
  • Identify and drive improvements across the full commercial lifecycle
  • Analyze pipeline performance from lead through cash including conversion rates and revenue trends
  • Partner with Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator to optimize CRM
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistent usage across all commercial teams
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, bookings, forecast, and productivity metrics
  • Design and document standardized processes across the commercial lifecycle

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot
  • Experience supporting US-based Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and/or Implementation teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into systems and process solutions
  • Experience working with go-to-market teams in a healthcare, technology, or data-driven organization preferred
  • Expertise in Salesforce and/or HubSpot production and system management
