Job Description
Senior Associate Marketing driving outbound pipeline strategy and funnel conversion for BrowserStack’s cloud software testing platform. Solving complex growth problems through data-driven cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the outbound marketing strategy in alignment with broader business objectives
- Experiment continuously to optimize funnel conversion rates and rigorously analyze incremental impact
- Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, breaking down complex pipeline challenges into clear, actionable, and scalable solutions
- Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Events, Marketing, Business Operations, and Sales) to prioritize initiatives using data and research
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to continuously sharpen the strategic growth plan
Requirements:
- 2.5–4 years of overall experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with high adaptability to navigate evolving problem statements
- Proven ability to solve complex channel problems, think strategically, and drive execution with strong attention to detail
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills with deep comfort working with pipeline data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading or influencing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of outbound marketing best practices including content, audience and infrastructural nuances
